Last updated: October 23, 2026
This page contains the Terms of Sale and the License Terms for Owl Production’s digital products. Stripe Sales Autopilot and Stripe Sales Autopilot Premium also include these documents in the download, and for those products the version applicable to a purchase is the version supplied with that purchase. For Stripe Sales Alerts LITE, which has no legal documents in the download, the version published on this page at the time of download applies. Both are subject to applicable law.
Terms of Sale
1. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of the digital products Stripe Sales Alerts LITE for n8n, Stripe Sales Autopilot for n8n and Stripe Sales Autopilot Premium for n8n, and form part of the contractual terms applicable to the purchase, subject to mandatory consumer law.
2. Seller

Tax no.: 48358844133

3. Product
The products are downloadable digital n8n workflow templates with accompanying documentation.
Each workflow is designed to process qualifying Stripe events and send Telegram notifications. Depending on the product, it also records them in Google Sheets and records approval decisions made with Telegram buttons, as described on the product page and in the product documentation. In Stripe Sales Autopilot Premium, the buttons only record a decision in the purchaser’s Google Sheet; they do not issue refunds or respond to disputes in Stripe.
The products are not a hosted SaaS service. The customer is responsible for providing and maintaining the accounts and configurations the product requires: n8n, Stripe and Telegram, plus Google and Google Sheets for Stripe Sales Autopilot and Stripe Sales Autopilot Premium.
4. What is included
The purchase includes the digital files made available on the Gumroad product page at the time of purchase, including the workflow template and the accompanying documentation specified in the product listing.
No custom development, account setup, managed hosting, or ongoing operational service is included unless expressly stated on the product page.
5. Payment and delivery
Purchases are made through Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record: it processes the payment, charges any VAT or sales tax that applies and sends the receipt.
The product is delivered electronically through Gumroad.
6. License
Use of the product is governed by the License Terms below. Stripe Sales Autopilot and Stripe Sales Autopilot Premium also include them in the download.
The purchaser receives a license to use the template, not ownership of the original workflow template, documentation, or other original materials.
7. Prohibited use
The purchaser may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, publish, or provide the original template as a standalone downloadable product.
Client use and customization for the purchaser’s own business or client projects are permitted subject to the License Terms.
8. Third-party services
The product relies on third-party software and services. These may change their APIs, pricing, authentication methods, limits, terms, or functionality.
The seller does not control third-party services and does not guarantee continued compatibility with future changes.
9. Security
Each workflow uses a secret string in the webhook path. Stripe Sales Autopilot Premium also verifies the Stripe webhook signature.
The purchaser is responsible for securing credentials, webhook URLs, API keys, Google credentials, Telegram bot tokens, and the purchaser’s n8n environment, and for Premium, the signing secret and the Telegram chat that receives the approval buttons.
10. Testing
The purchaser should test the workflow in a test environment before processing real payments.
The seller is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect configuration, unsupported third-party changes, credentials, permissions, hosting problems, or failure to test the workflow.
11. No earnings or business guarantee
The product does not guarantee sales, revenue, customers, savings, business results, uptime, compliance, accounting treatment, tax treatment, or any particular commercial outcome.
12. Support
Basic support is available at [email protected].
Support does not include custom development, custom workflow creation, third-party account administration, or guaranteed compatibility with every environment.
13. Refunds and consumer rights
Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy and applicable mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.
14. Digital content with immediate delivery
Where permitted by applicable law, the customer may receive the digital product immediately after purchase.
Where the law requires prior express consent and acknowledgment concerning immediate delivery of digital content and loss of a withdrawal right, the applicable checkout mechanism should obtain the required consent and acknowledgment.
15. Intellectual property
The seller retains ownership of the original workflow, documentation, text, and other original materials supplied with the product, except third-party materials.
Purchase does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights.
16. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the product is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
No guarantee is given that the product will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every version or environment, or suitable for every particular purpose.
Mandatory statutory rights are not excluded.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the seller will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising from use of the product.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, total liability arising from the product will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
18. Changes
These Terms may be updated for future purchases or future versions of the product. The version applicable to a purchase is the version supplied with that purchase, subject to mandatory law.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to the purchaser.
Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Hungary to the extent permitted by applicable law and without limiting any mandatory consumer jurisdiction rights.
20. Complaints
Complaints about a purchase can be sent to [email protected]. You will receive a written reply within 30 days.
If you are a consumer and the complaint is not resolved, you can turn to the conciliation body competent for the seller’s seat: Pest Vármegyei Békéltető Testület (Pest County Conciliation Board), 1055 Budapest, Balassi Bálint utca 25. License Terms
1. License grant
Subject to these License Terms, Bagoly Dániel (the “Licensor”) grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to the purchased workflow template and its accompanying documentation (the “Template”), allowing the purchaser to:
- download and store the workflow template and accompanying documentation;
- use the workflow in the purchaser’s own business or projects;
- modify and customize the workflow for the purchaser’s own use;
- use a modified version in the purchaser’s own automation;
- use the workflow for commercial purposes, including the purchaser’s own business and client work.
This is a license to use the Template, not a transfer of ownership or intellectual property rights.
2. Commercial client use
The purchaser may configure the workflow for a client and operate the resulting automation for that client.
The purchaser may not provide the original Template file, or a substantially similar reusable version of it, to a client as a standalone downloadable template unless separately authorized by the Licensor.
3. Restrictions
The purchaser may not:
- resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or give the original Template to another person;
- publish the Template or a substantially similar reusable version in a public repository or template marketplace;
- publicly share the Template as a downloadable file;
- sell or distribute the Template as an n8n template, automation pack, workflow pack, or similar standalone product;
- claim ownership of the original Template or its original workflow structure;
- create and distribute a competing template product that is substantially based on the original Template.
Modifying the workflow and using the modified workflow for the purchaser’s own business or client work is permitted, subject to these restrictions.
4. Intellectual property
The original Template, workflow structure, documentation, text, and other original materials supplied by the Licensor remain the property of Bagoly Dániel, except for third-party materials and services.
Purchase of the Template does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the original materials.
The purchaser owns independently created content and modifications to the extent permitted by applicable law, but this does not transfer ownership of the Licensor’s original materials incorporated into those modifications.
5. Third-party services
The workflow may interact with third-party services including n8n, Stripe, Google Sheets, and Telegram.
The purchaser is responsible for maintaining their own accounts, credentials, subscriptions, permissions, and compliance with the applicable terms and policies of those services.
6. Security and configuration
Each workflow uses a secret string in the webhook path. Stripe Sales Autopilot Premium also verifies the Stripe webhook signature using a signing secret that the purchaser enters.
The purchaser is responsible for choosing a sufficiently long random path secret, keeping the webhook URL private, protecting credentials, and configuring the workflow securely in their own environment. For Premium, this includes keeping the signing secret private and restricting access to the Telegram chat that receives the approval buttons.
7. Testing and responsibility
The purchaser is responsible for testing the workflow in their own environment before processing real payments.
The purchaser is also responsible for their own workflow configuration, accounting and tax records, regulatory obligations, data handling, backups, and business decisions.
No guarantee is made regarding earnings, business results, accounting treatment, tax treatment, regulatory compliance, or uninterrupted operation.
8. No warranty
The Template is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
No warranty is given that the Template will be compatible with every environment, version, third-party service, configuration, or future software update, or that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every particular requirement.
9. Support
Basic support is available at [email protected].
Support does not include custom development, custom workflow creation, third-party account administration, or guaranteed compatibility with future versions or third-party service changes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Licensor has no obligation to provide future updates.
10. Refunds and consumer rights
Refunds are governed by the purchase platform’s applicable refund rules and the seller’s stated refund policy.
Nothing in these License Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
11. Termination
This license automatically terminates if the purchaser materially breaches these License Terms.
Upon termination, the purchaser must stop using the original Template and delete copies that are under their control, to the extent required by applicable law.
Independently created client or business outputs do not automatically need to be deleted solely because this license terminates, unless otherwise required by law or a separate agreement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising from or relating to the Template.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor’s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Template will not exceed the amount actually paid for the Template.
Nothing in these License Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These License Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply.
The courts of Hungary shall have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory jurisdictional rights that apply to the purchaser.
14. Changes
The Licensor may update these License Terms for future purchases or releases. The version applicable to a purchase is the version supplied with that purchase, subject to applicable law.
15. Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the Template, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read and accepted these License Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
